Here’s some reviews from bodybuilding.com:
Definately a favorite protein powder of mine! This tastes great and mixes very easily too. I also like to add it to almond milk. Good value especially when you love the taste. Overall great product!! Great recovery from a hard workout.
Tastes really good but a little high in price. Bought it at my local Health Food Market. Lady said it was really good & has only 1 gram of carbs. I like mixing it with a cup of juice, a cup of frozen mixed berries, and 1/2 cup of FatFree White Mountain yogurt.
It a great product that taste excellent and has everthing someone will be looking for ! Low Calories , No sugars, 25 grams of protein per serving ! The only down side to this product is cost. It’s expensive for what you are paying for and does not last long ! i went through 2 containers of 24oz in 3 weeks
This is the best! Over the past couple of months I wanted the protein but without making my liver work too hard. I wanted to lose weight and gain muscle. This tastes great with a little added soy milk, a banana and some ice…Thumbs up! I highly recommend it!
So, lots of satisfied customers from the body building crew. But how about some regular joes? Here’s some additional reviews from Amazon:
I’ve tried all the major brands of protein shakes on the market. There is usually a rule that if they taste good then they aren’t very good for you. Likewise the brands that are really good for you (Garden of Life) taste terrible and are really hard to choke down. Jay Robb’s Chocolate Whey Protein is the best mix of “good for you” and “tastes good.” The whey comes from grass fed, free range cows, and the mix is sweetened with Stevia (which makes it really sweet without any calories and without the harmful side effects of artificial sweeteners). The result is 25g of protein and only 1g of carbs that I actually enjoy drinking every morning.
I love this product. It mixes very well and has a very good taste. I bought this because it does not have artificial sweetener in it, but uses stevia. I have serious reactions to artificial sweeteners which cause memory loss for me. I am chemical sensitive, which is probably why I react so severely to artificial sweeteners. I am also hypoglycemic and this helps stabilize by blood sugar. I have been using this for a couple of weeks as a breakfast substitute, mixing it with low fat milk and a banana and eating a healthy lunch and dinner. I have been loosing about two pounds a week, which is what I want. This drink keeps me satisfied until lunch and I have not been doing any mid morning snacking. I don’t seem to be craving sweets throughout the day, which has always been a problem for me. I have tried the Pina Colada flavor which is wonderful.
I have tried protein powders in the past. Hated the lumps and most tasted horrible. Thought I would give this a try and I am glad I did. I am extremely sensitive to aspartame. I have memory loss as well as other problems, so I avoid artifical sweetners like the plague. I like that it is sweetened with stevia and doesn’t have fillers. This brand mixes well and I love the flavor, doesn’t taste chalky. I will buy this again.
